Frequently Asked Questions

Can I do multiple pets/people?

Yes, of course. We can do more than one subject on any particular product. We do recommend that if you are doing more than two on a canvas choose a bigger so that each will be visible.

It's been a few days, I have not received my proof.

Our team works hard to complete and send your proof to you within a few days for approval. We ask that if you do not see the email in your inbox, please check your spam. If you still cannot locate it please contact our customer service team and they will assist you. During our busy season art previews will take a bit longer to be emailed.

When can I view my design?

We offer the fastest turnaround time. You will be able to view your proof in 2-3 days after your order is placed * (please note that our proof turn around is longer during the holidays.) This does not include Saturday and Sunday as we value our design team and their families, they deserve a break also.

 If you need your order in a rush, please reach out to our customer service team and we will do our best to accommodate your request.

How do I check the status of my order?

Every order has an order ID number. You can email our customer service team at anytime for a status update and reference your order number.

Can I get a refund

Yes, once your order is placed you have until your proof  is completed and emailed to request a full refund. Once your artwork has been uploaded to your profile for viewing,  you can cancel your order minus a 20% non refundable design fee.

If your order is pending approval for more than 30 days and a refund is requested it will be issued in the form of a gift card minus the 20% design fee.

Once your order arrives a refund is not an option due to the customized nature of the product. If you have an issue with the art upon arrival please email our customer service team and we will work with you to resolve the issues.

Have I chosen the right photo?

To ensure a perfect design, we asked that your photo be closeup, no direct sunlight, no filters as they change the color of the original tones and taken in a bright place.

We have a great team of designers who are very talented and can work with most submitted images. If for some reason they do not feel the provided photo will work a team member will reach out for additional images.

What if my photo does not work?

Once our design team views your photo they will be able to determine if it will work or not.  If  a new photo is needed a team member will reach out to you for one.

What if I don't like my proof?

Our designers work hard to make it perfect the first time. However, if for some reason it did not turn out exactly as you hoped you have unlimited revisions to make it exactly the way you want. With your input our designers will work with you to create exactly what you envision.

How is my design created?

Every design is digitally hand drawn to make your masterpiece perfect. We do not use filters or shortcuts as we want to produce a  unique, original, high quality piece. We have a a team of highly skilled designers with years of experience.

How long do revisions/edits take?

Minor revisions/edits (eye color changes, facial feature edits) take 1-2 days. Major revision requests (pets; fur texture, humans; clothing and hair) can take 1-4 days

What if I do not see a background I like?

We have a wide selection of solid colors as well as designs and patterns. If you do not see one that you like, please send our customer service team a message as we may have it or it may not be available for that particular design style.

If a custom background is preferred please email your request as there are fee associated with custom requests.

 

 

I approved my art work, can I still make changes?

Unfortunately not, once approved it is sent to our production team to be made and shipped.

Can I change my design style after my order is submitted?

We understand that it is a hard choice to make, all our designs are unique and fun. If you want to change the design style please email us as soon as you can before your proof is sent. There is no charge if the change is made before the proof is emailed. (please note that there may be a price difference in design style)

 

My artwork arrived damaged, can I get it replaced?

Unfortunately, once the product leaves our facility we cannot control what happens in transit. We package all items securely to ensure it arrives safely. If for some reason you are not satisfied or the piece is damaged please email our team and we will send a new one right out.

Processing & Shipping

I approved my design, now what?

Once your design is approved, it is then sent to our production facility to be made. This process takes 5-8 days.* This time does vary during our busy season (October – December). Once completed it is then shipped using your chosen method.

*Due to safety measures taken by our production team due to COVID19 many items have increased production times. We cannot guarantee the processing times above at this time. Additionally, we are seeing worldwide delays in shipping with all shipping providers: UPS, FEDEX, United States Postal

Once completed it is then packaged and shipped using the shipping method that you chose at the time the purchase was made.

Can I change my shipping address after I approve my design?

Unfortunately not, once the design is approved it is sent to our production and shipping facility.

How quickly can I get my order once I approve my design?

*Delivery times are estimates and can change depending on the time of year.

Our production time is 5-8 days for your order to be made and then it is shipped with the method you chose for shipping at the time of purchase.

Please note that shipping time is counted from the time the product is in the hands of our shipping providers. (this does not include the production time)

Do you ship internationally?

Yes! We do ship internationally.

Can I track my order?

Absolutely, once the order is shipped a tracking # will be emailed to you. Please feel free to email if you do not receive it as sometimes it does go to your spam.

I ordered a while ago and have not received shipping info, why?

If your order was not approved it will not be sent to production or shipped. Please be sure that your design is approved.

If it has been approved and you have not received an update please email our customer service team with your order # and they will gladly provide an update.

Currently our shipping providers are dealing with global delays and in return they are not updating the tracking number as regularly as they used to. Please do not be alarmed as it is in transit but might take a bit longer for the tracking numbers to update.
